Welcome to my website!

I have been in the mortgage industry for 20 years, with the past 17 years being focused almost exclusively on first mortgage origination. During that time, I have originated through bank, correspondent, wholesale, and portfolio channels nearly 1,200 transactions for nearly $250,000,000 in loan volume.

Putting the borrower in the most advantageous position is my ultimate goal, and I will work tirelessly to make that happen. I communicate with my borrowers in whatever manner or time that they prefer. Further, I pride myself on customer service and I am the person that you will speak with on the initial application and you can always reach me in the office or my cell phone with any questions during the loan process. I welcome the opportunity to earn your business and assist with your real estate financing needs.

4 Highlights about me:

  1. I specialize in conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and Jumbo/Non Conforming loans.
  2. 20 years industry experience, with 17 years of first mortgage origination experience.  Multi Year winner of the Super Mortgage Professional, which is awarded by Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine and Twin Cities Business magazine.  This is awarded to less than 5% of all mortgage originators in the state of Minnesota
  3. My loans go smoothly due to communication with my borrowers, knowledge of lending and underwriting guidelines, and frequent, systematic updates to all relevant parties on a transaction.
  4. Outstanding service is achieved by delivering the loan product at the expected price in an expeditious timeframe.
